of the jeetduz Platform

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between jeetduz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the jeetduz website at jeetduz.net. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on jeetduz, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein.

jeetduz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jeetduz will provide reasonable notice to registered players through the platform interface or via the registered email address associated with the player's account. Continued use of the jeetduz platform after any such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and are intended for English-literate adults located in Bangladesh. Where any ambiguity arises in interpretation, the English-language version of this Agreement shall take precedence. All monetary amounts referenced throughout this Agreement are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jeetduz is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period in which they hold an active account:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jeetduz enforces a strict 18+ policy across all services. Underage gambling is prohibited, actively monitored, and will be reported where required.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion from any gambling platform, including jeetduz itself.
• Accurate Information: All personal information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. jeetduz may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility.
• Personal Account Only: You must be registering and using the account solely on your own behalf — not on behalf of another individual, corporate entity, or third party.

jeetduz takes age verification seriously. The platform employs automated checks and manual review processes to identify accounts that may be operated by or on behalf of individuals under 18 years of age. Where reasonable grounds for suspicion exist, jeetduz will suspend the account pending verification and will not process any withdrawal requests until the matter is fully resolved.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on jeetduz — including live casino games, sports betting, slots, and promotional offers — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on jeetduz at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jeetduz reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any outstanding balances, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetduz login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. jeetduz will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jeetduz support immediately at [email protected].

jeetduz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. You may be required to submit supporting identity documents — such as a national ID card, passport, or driver's licence — at any point during your use of the platform, and particularly before processing withdrawal requests above a defined threshold. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

• Acceptable identity documents include: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of address may be required in the form of a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Payment method verification may be required where the deposit and withdrawal methods used require confirmation of ownership.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jeetduz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jeetduz supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and transfers from major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted subject to availability.

• Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are clearly displayed in the jeetduz cashier section at the time of deposit.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the jeetduz account balance instantly or within a few minutes of successful transfer confirmation.
• jeetduz does not impose hidden fees on standard deposits. Any charges levied by your payment provider are outside jeetduz's control and are the responsibility of the depositing player.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned (less any applicable processing costs) and the account being flagged for review.

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, in line with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) practice.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the jeetduz platform.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests are typically processed within one hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically settled within 24 hours of approval.
• jeetduz reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request. This is a routine security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where the player has an outstanding active bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements.

5 Bonus Policy

jeetduz offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of each individual offer, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this section.

All bonuses credited to a jeetduz account are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, "30x the bonus amount") and must be completed within the validity period stated for each specific promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new jeetduz accounts only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• Players who have self-excluded or who are under any voluntary account restriction are not eligible for bonuses during the period of restriction.
• jeetduz reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to active player accounts.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated wagering with other players to game wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith — is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

Not all game types contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager towards wagering requirements, while live casino table games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a lower percentage rate. The specific contribution rates for each game category are disclosed on the individual promotion page for each active offer.

6 User Obligations

By using the jeetduz platform, you accept the following obligations and agree to comply with them at all times during your use of the service:

• Accurate Information: You will provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and will promptly notify jeetduz of any changes to your details, including your email address, mobile number, or residential address.
• Account Security: You will keep your jeetduz login credentials strictly confidential and will not share access to your account with any other individual under any circumstances.
• Lawful Use: You will use the jeetduz platform only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and will not use it in connection with any criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or the funding of illegal enterprises.
• Responsible Gaming: You will monitor your own gaming activity and use the responsible gaming tools available on jeetduz — including deposit limits, time-out features, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic.
• No Automated Tools: You will not use bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the jeetduz platform, place bets, manipulate game results, or exploit platform systems.
• Compliance with Terms: You will comply with all provisions of this Agreement and any additional terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or platform features that you use.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the jeetduz platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement or financial authorities in Bangladesh where applicable.

• Underage Access: Accessing or attempting to access jeetduz while under the age of 18, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform in any capacity.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one jeetduz account, or creating an account on behalf of another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the jeetduz platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from any criminal or unlawful activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino games, sports betting markets, or tournament-style events.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks after placing wagers on the platform.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or the jeetduz platform to gain winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity, providing false documentation, or impersonating another individual during any part of the jeetduz registration or verification process.
• Harmful Activity: Engaging in any behaviour — online or otherwise — that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or defamatory towards jeetduz staff, support agents, or other players.

jeetduz employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes that operate continuously across all transactions and account activity. Players are advised that attempts to circumvent these systems are futile and will result in accelerated enforcement action.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

jeetduz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in response to suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or technical necessity. In exercising this right, jeetduz will act proportionately and in accordance with fair-play principles.

Players who wish to close their jeetduz account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, provided that all KYC and identity verification requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding compliance flags on the account.

jeetduz may immediately suspend a player account without notice if the platform reasonably suspects any of the following: breach of the one-account policy, underage access, fraudulent payment activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or any other violation of this Agreement. During a suspension, the player will not be able to access their account, place wagers, or request withdrawals. jeetduz will communicate the reason for suspension to the player within a reasonable time frame, subject to any ongoing investigation requirements.

Players who feel that their gambling is causing harm are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available on jeetduz. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay. Once a self-exclusion is in place, jeetduz will take reasonable steps to ensure that the player cannot re-activate their account or create a new account during the exclusion period.
